Self-Learning Is Crucial For Self-Development

Recently, I saw this saying in a Meme on social media:

"There is no self-development without self-awareness. You can read as many books as you like, but if you're unable to read yourself, you'll never learn a thing."

In this vlog post, I discuss how by reflecting upon our previous 10 and 20 years to define who we were then, including our motivators can then help to make our future self less of a stranger.
