Lessons from a Hurricane

Taking a break from my regularly scheduled programming, today’s vlog post highlights just two of the many lessons that hurricanes teach us.

They include flexibility and humanity.

It’s a unique perspective as the rest of the world goes about their business yet we are forced to take a pause from everything in our lives due to the paralysis of our City. If you haven’t been through a hurricane, then you don’t know what it’s like to camp in your own house. It’s a weird dichotomy to put it mildly.

I am so thankful for the restoration of our household when it happened. However, I am also praying for all of my fellow Houstonians who continue to endure this weather and its challenges. Please join me.
