Communication Nuances to Still Learn About…

Communication is a topic that continues to follow me in conversations this year.

It's the common denominator when there is a challenge in a relationship, business or otherwise.

In today's vlog post, I discuss a recent new communication nuance that I recently learned about.

The uniqueness of generations, culture, education, experience, etc. adds to the complexity of individuals. If we are to succeed, we must make every effort to get to the relationship before we get to the ask.

That means that we must customize our communications to "see" the person on the other side of the table, phone, email, text, etc.
