New Speaking Abstract: “Let’s Stop Stereotyping Female Leaders”

In today's vlog post, I introduce my new speaking topic, "Let's Stop Stereotyping Female Leaders". 

This is a subject that I am very passionate about as I relay the other side of a female executive’s perspective. It is not only my viewpoint, but is shared by many of my colleagues, allies, and peers who didn’t allow negative statistics, research, and information on gender biases to limit our careers. 

Instead, we identify that there are many women who feel under or unrepresented in the messaging in the media and social media.
