HATCHING STRONG!
If you have been a regular reader/follower of mine on social media, then you know that I have a quirky, creative side. As I have prepared for my second vaccine and the accompanying incubation period, I have kidded how “I am ready to HATCH!”
Break open, burst forth, resurface, materialize — however we define it, we are not alone. Whether it is in Texas or other parts of the U.S., I have experienced more exciting and regenerative conversations in the past week than I have in all of last year.
Business is reigniting in all sectors of the market nationwide. Clients are contacting me to discuss and strategize the next steps to be successful in their business development and marketing outreach.
3 Hatching Tips to Reemerge
Identify Your Lowest Hanging Fruit
Remember those conversations you were having three, six, nine months in the bliss that was pre-Covid? Well, it is time to revisit those clients and prospects. The project scopes may have morphed and evolved with the market shifts, but now is the time to reconnect and resume those discussions.
Leverage Your Incubation Lessons
What did 2020 teach you about your business and its operations, including your quality performance capabilities for client retention? What innovations did you accomplish from a process standpoint? How did you ensure employee connection, engagement, and supreme satisfaction? Do not allow those great nuggets of advancements to go to waste. Are there trends and/or inventions or improvements that allow for discussion with new clients, brand awareness and/or social media attention? Harness those best practices and make sure you use them as part of your story.
Disrupt Your Former Mode
Just because you were doing business a certain way before the pandemic does not mean that those methods will work the same way post-pandemic. We have all been changed. How can you morph your business into the new, NEXT LEVEL version of itself to better serve your customers and your employees?
How about you? While I love to lightheartedly joke, here is when I get more serious. We now have a wide, open-door of opportunity to get back to business if we develop and execute our plan purposefully.
My Advice: HATCH STRONG to take it to the NEXT LEVEL!
