My AI Journey has begun!

In this vlog post, I share some of the insights from my research these past few weeks, especially as it relates to AI in BD.

As I promise in the post - According to a recent Gallup survey:

🔸 72% of Fortune 500 CHROs believe that artificial intelligence (AI) will replace jobs in their organizations within the next three years. Crazy, right?

🔸 Surprisingly, only 10% of US employees use AI at least weekly, and more than half feel unprepared to work with advanced technologies.

So, what can we do to prepare for this AI transition? Well, experts suggest:

🔸 It's time to start reskilling and preparing for the changes to come.

🔸 Leaders need to communicate their vision to employees.

🔸 Offer development opportunities and provide support for employees during this shift.
